The event “À Mesa no Castanheiro” celebrates Madeiran gastronomy through a series of exclusive dinners, held in the elegant and intimate setting of the Tipografia restaurant at Castanheiro Boutique Hotel.
Since 2023, Tipografia has welcomed renowned national guest chefs who, together with the team, create inventive menus that blend tradition, innovation, and local ingredients.
In each edition, resident chef Maurício Gonçalves shares his kitchen with guests such as André Cruz (Michelin-starred at Feitoria in Lisbon), Miguel Laffan, Ana Magalhães, Ljubomir Stanisic, and Alexandre Silva (Michelin-starred at Loco in Lisbon).
